Braam du Toit is the founder of the Physiotherapy: Train Smart concept, built on the belief that effective rehabilitation should not only treat injury, but also improve long-term movement, performance, and wellbeing. As an experienced physiotherapist, Braam has worked with a wide range of clients — from hospital patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, to individuals with geriatric, neurological, orthopaedic, and sports-related injuries.

His career has taken him around the world, where he has worked with some of the best professional sportsmen and women, gaining valuable international experience across both rehabilitation and performance-focused care.

Braam’s treatment approach combines hands-on physiotherapy with targeted rehabilitation and evidence-based equipment to deliver personalised, effective care.

In addition to physiotherapy, Braam is a qualified international Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor, and he integrates these disciplines into his rehabilitation programmes where appropriate. His goal is simple: to help every client improve their freedom of movement, enhance their quality of life, and support lasting well-being.
